We seek a Junior Finance Executive to support our Senior Finance Executive in managing daily fund flows, settlements, and online banking operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of exchange obligations, accurate reconciliation, and timely approvals of financial transactions.
The candidate should be strong with numbers, comfortable with Excel and basic computer tools, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior exposure to financial services, proprietary trading, or broker-dealer operations will be an added advantage.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Daily Fund Flow & Approvals
Prepare and obtain approvals for daily fund movements across banks and exchanges.
Monitor daily balances, maintain ledgers, and track fund utilisation reports.
2. Transactions & Settlements
Execute online banking transactions (NEFT/RTGS/UPI/IMPS) accurately.
Assist with exchange pay-ins and pay-outs (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, GIFT).
Ensure timely settlement of clearing and exchange obligations.
3. Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile bank accounts, exchange transactions, and internal records daily.
Prepare MIS reports, fund flow statements, and dashboards.
Escalate mismatches/discrepancies to the senior finance executive.
4. Compliance & Coordination
Follow all compliance and audit guidelines for fund management.
Coordinate with banks, clearing members, and payment gateways.
Support the treasury with fund planning and cash flow deployment.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
Experience: 1–2 years in finance, treasury, or brokerage back-office. Exposure to trading/broker-dealer setups preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).
Familiarity with online banking and payment gateways.
Proficient in emails, reporting, and documentation.
Familiarity with Google Workspace a plus.
Day to day Accounting as per the accounting standards issued by the ICAI.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under strict exchange timelines.
⚡ Note: This role requires strict adherence to working hours (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) to align with banking and exchange timelines.
