This is a hands-on creation role. You will be the group's in-house designer and content producer, owning all brand, collateral, and digital output end-to-end in Figma, Canva, and Framer.
You will also run digital lead-generation campaigns; the Business Development Executive takes the leads you generate into calls, meetings, and closure.
Design and produce pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social creatives and event materials in Figma and Canva, to brand guidelines.
Maintain and update the group websites in Framer; keep brand assets, templates and design files organised and current.
Own brand consistency across PCS and TradeAir, which carry separate visual identities.
Write LinkedIn and email content and customise collateral by client segment.
Build prospect databases and run LinkedIn/email campaigns; hand qualified leads to BD and report results.
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Bloom or similar) to research, draft and produce faster.
Working proficiency in Figma is essential; Canva and Framer (or equivalent website builder) strongly preferred.
A portfolio of decks, brochures or digital collateral you have designed yourself. Please attach it with your application.
1–3 years in design, marketing or financial-services marketing; capital-markets exposure is an advantage.
Strong written English and a clean, professional visual sense.
Proficiency in macOS is essential.
