Job Description
Pashupati Capital Services is a SEBI-registered stockbroker (NSE, BSE, MCX) with a GIFT IFSC subsidiary and associate companies. We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (1–3 years) to run the group’s secretarial and corporate-compliance calendar – someone who knows every MCA, ROC, FEMA and FLA due date across the entities, keeps the records in order and gets each filing done through our external CS and CA without being chased.
Principal Responsibilities
Own the statutory calendar for PCS, TradeAir (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd., Pashupati Derivatives & Commodities Pvt. Ltd. and associate entities – MCA, ROC, FEMA, FLA, tax and audit due dates, followed up to completion.
Coordinate with the external Company Secretary on MCA/ROC filings (annual returns, event-based forms), board matters, statutory registers and company records.
Coordinate with the external Chartered Accountant on audit, financial reporting, tax submissions, FEMA/FLA compliances and regulatory documentation.
Prepare forms, returns, resolutions and minutes; draft notices, agendas and supporting papers for board, committee and general meetings across group companies.
Maintain the internal document system for company, group, associate, trust, MCA, ROC, FEMA, audit and tax records – indexed, version-controlled and retrievable.
Liaise with consultants, auditors, legal advisors and internal teams on corporate-governance and statutory matters.
Support basic SEBI/exchange documentation when needed; primary responsibility stays company-secretarial and group-company compliance.
Track changes in company law, MCA, ROC, FEMA and FLA requirements and update internal checklists.
Job Requirements
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS); 1–3 years post-qualification, preferably at a stockbroker, NBFC or other SEBI/RBI-regulated entity.
Hands-on MCA V3 filings (MGT-7/7A, AOC-4, event-based forms), meeting documentation and statutory registers.
Working knowledge of FEMA/FLA reporting; exposure to IFSCA/GIFT City entities an advantage.
Writes clean minutes, resolutions and regulatory English independently.
Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00 and Saturday 5–6 hours, on-site at Goregaon West.
Preferred Qualifications
SEBI stockbroker compliance exposure.
Experience with multi-entity groups and trusts.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs.
Direct exposure to group-level governance across a SEBI broker, a GIFT IFSC entity and associate companies.
Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
